Through this legal Note, Homologación de Vehículos Ingeniería, S.L. domiciled in Villarroel 25 08011 of Barcelona and registered in volume 37857 folio 100 of the Registro Mercantil de Barcelona with CIF B63936579 (of now ahead "HDV INGENIERÍA") and with electronic address info@hdv-ingenieria.com briefs the users ("user" of now ahead) of its web sites and portals of Internet of its property about its privacy policy of character datum personal (of now ahead "Particulars") that the Users determine freely and voluntarily if they wish to facilitate the Particulars to HDV INGENIERÍA that they can require them or that they can be obtained on the occasion of the offered services by HDV INGENIERÍA in the web site. HDV INGENIERÍA reserves itself the right to modify the present legal Note or privacy policy of datum for adapting it to legislative or jurisprudential novelties valid as well as in practice of the industry.

III) To Send chains of not requested electronic messages nor previously spoiled;
IV) To use distribution lists which can be accessed to through the Services for the realization of the distinguished activities in the sections (I) to (II) former;
V) Putting at the disposal of third, with any purpose, datum asked for from distribution lists.
The User commits to not:
I) Hindering the access of other users in the service of access through the massive consumption of the computer resources through whom HDV INGENIERÍA loans the service, as well as to not carry out actions that damage, interrupt or generate errors in the mentioned systems.
II) To Introduce programs, viruses, macroinstructions, mini-applications (applets), controls of type ActiveX or any other type of logical device or sequence of characters that cause or can cause any type of alteration in the computer systems of HDV INGENIERÍA or of third.
The Users or third prejudiced by the reception of messages not requested directed to a plurality of persons will be able to communicate theirself it in HDV INGENIERÍA sending a message to the following electronic address: info@hdv-ingenieria.com.
No license
All brands, trade names or distinctive signs of any class that appear to the web site or portal are property of HDV INGENIERÍA or third, being able to without that the use or access to the web site or portal and / or to the Services no one attributes any right to the User about the mentioned brands, trade names and / or distinctive signs.
Likewise, the Contents are a copyright of HDV INGENIERÍA, or of third, without none of the rights of exploitation that exist being able to be understood yielded to the User, by virtue of the one established in this Legal Note, or without being able to exist about the mentioned Contents beyond the one strictly necessary for the correct use of the web site or portal and of the Services.

V) The realization of acts of disloyal competence and illicit advertising as a consequence of the access to the contents, storage, diffusion, obtaining, put at the disposal, reception and transmission.
VI) The noncompliance, delay in the fulfillment, defective fulfillment or finishing for any cause of the duties acquired by third and contracts carried out with third a través of or on the occasion of the access to the contents.

The User, therefore, has to carry the prudence to extremes in the appraisal and utilization of the contents, information and services existing in the Connected Places.
HDV INGENIERÍA does not guarantee and does not assume any type of responsibility from the damages and harm of every class that can be due to:
I) The accessibility, continuity, availability or functioning of the Connected Places.
II) Them contained, maintenance of the information and services, existing, in the Connected Places.
III) The contribution or transmission of the contents, information and services existing in the Connected Places.

All the Notifications on the part of HDV INGENIERÍA to the User will be considered effective, in all effects, when they are carried out of one in the following ways:
I) Sending for electronic mail in any of the addresses that the User orders or can order like apart from any other service that HDV INGENIERÍA leaves to the User;
II) Sent by postal mail to the address of the User when this has been previously a demeanor in knowledge of HDV INGENIERÍA;
III) Communication through a call in the telephone number of the User, when this has been previously a demeanor in knowledge of HDV INGENIERÍA;
IV) By means of emergent messages sent during the contribution of the Services on the part of HDV INGENIERÍA to the User.
In this sense, all Notifications that HDV INGENIERÍA to the User makes will be considered validly made if they have been carried out using the datum and through the systems formerly distinguished. In these effects, the User manifests that all the datum facilitated by him is certain, correct, exact and theirs, and they compromise on communicating all the changes related to the datum of notification to HDV INGENIERÍA.
Procedure in the event of realization of illicit character activities
In the case of what any User or third one considers that there are facts or circumstances that they reveal the illicit character of the utilization of any Contents and/or of the realization of any activity on the web pages included or accessible across the placed web site or portal, and, in particular, of the violation of rights of copyright or industrialist (patents, models and industrial drawings, brands and trade names, etc) or other rights, a notification will have to send to HDV INGENIERÍA in which they restrain themselves the following datum:

V) declaration express, clear and under the responsibility of the claimant that the given information in the notification is exact and of the illicit character of the utilization of the contents or of the realization of the described activities.
Withdrawal and suspension of the services
HDV INGENIERÍA will be able to withdraw or be able to suspend in any moment and without the need for previous notice the contribution of the Services to those Users who break the one established in the present Legal Note.
Duration and completion
The contribution of the service of web site or portal and of the other Services has, in principle, an indefinite duration. HDV INGENIERÍA, however, is authorized to consider for being finished or to suspend the contribution of the service of the web site or portal and/or of any in any moment, without harm of what had been ordered about this in the corresponding Particular Conditions. When this is reasonably possible, HDV INGENIERÍA will observe previously the finishing or suspension of the contribution of the service of web site or portal and of the other Services.
Applicable legislation
The present Legal Note is governed by the Spanish law in all of them and each one of their extremes.
